Under the OLDACH/OUTLOOK CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (Smalley Subclass), owners of homes with Oldach/Outlook Tiltmaster windows containing B-100 backbedding had the potential availability of benefits.  The Claims Administrator assumed that Oldach Tiltmaster windows manufactured or shipped for delivery between August 1, 1993 through January 1, 1995, contained B-100. 

More detailed and precise terms of the Settlement are available as outlined in the 1999 Civil Action No. 99 CV 324, Division 2 at the Douglas County District Court.

The Smalley Subclass Settlement finalized on July 28, 2006.  No additional claims may be submitted.
