Your association has a new procedure to pay assessments On-Line. Previously,
payments were made on-line by clicking on the "Pay Assessments On-Line" link
that directed you to SmartStreet’s Online Payment Center. Payments are now made
through your association’s website.
If your association has a website hosted and provided by Colorado Management,
please
click here to be redirected to your association’s website. After logging in,
or signing up, click the “Resident Services” tab and then the “Pay Assessments
On-Line” option.
If your association has their own website, not provided by Colorado Management,
please go directly to that website to find the link to pay assessments on-line.
If your association does not have a website, your options for paying assessments
are: by check with coupon mailed to the lockbox, or Automated Clearing House
(ACH).
