William R. Peterson, President

Bill is a Colorado native and has lived in the Denver area for over forty-five (45) years. He is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a degree in Industrial Management. Bill has been a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) since 1972 and was one of the original Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Chapter. He has spoken at several national conventions and hosted the national PCAM case study in 1996. Bill has received the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations and several related awards over the last thirty (30) years. His additional professional licenses and certificates include Real Estate, Multi-Lines Insurance, Life, Accident and Health Insurance and held a Professional Golf Association (PGA) Card. Additionally, he is a Court Appointed Claims Administrator for Class Action Settlements. Bill formed Colorado Management & Associates in 1982.

R. L. Jeffries, Chief Executive Officer

Dick is an owner of Colorado Management & Associates, Inc. and High Sierra Management, Inc. He has sold and managed real estate in Colorado for the past thirty-five (35) years. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State University. Dick has received the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) designations.

Todd Larson, Executive Vice President
Todd has served the Association Management industry for more than ten (10) years and is well versed in Association legal issues, insurance administration, document drafting and Association operations.  He brings ample experience to his role and relies on a depth of experience gained from managing all types of Associations large, small and in-between.  Todd has diligently sought education and professional designations throughout his career and has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations as well as the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).  He continues to pursue education as a key component of successful Association management and holds an active Colorado Community Association Manager (CAM) license.  Todd is also an Eagle Scout and National Rifle Association Certified Pistol Instructor.  He enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, cars and the great outdoors.  Todd and his family recently relocated to the Denver area after ten (10) years in Loveland. 

Lori Overton, Director of Accounting
Lori has been an accountant for both nonprofit and private businesses in the Denver area for the last fifteen (15) years. She is a graduate of Baker College and holds a degree in Management and Accounting. She enjoys volunteering and spending time with family.
