Under the OLDACH/OUTLOOK CLASS ACTION
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (Oldach-Norco Subclass),
owners of homes with Oldach/Outlook Tiltmaster 2000
windows and/or Casement 2010 windows had the
potential availability of benefits.
More detailed and precise terms of the Settlement
are available as outlined in the 1999 Civil Action
No. 99 CV 324, Division 2 at the Douglas County
District Court.
The court appointed Claims Administrator, William

The Oldach-Norco Subclass Settlement finalized on
December 20, 2005. No additional claims may be
submitted.
