Under the OLDACH/OUTLOOK CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (Morton Subclass), owners of homes with Oldach/Outlook Tiltmaster windows containing M-30 backbedding had the potential availability of benefits.  The Claims Administrator assumed that Oldach Tiltmaster windows manufactured or shipped for delivery between March 1, 1995 and October 1, 1995, contained M-30. 

More detailed and precise terms of the Settlement are available as outlined in the 1999 Civil Action No. 99 CV 324, Division 2 at the Douglas County District Court.

The Morton Subclass Settlement finalized on December 20, 2005.  No additional claims may be submitted.
