Under the FALCON CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT, owners of homes built by Falcon Creek Ltd., Falcon Development Group, Inc. or Falcon Homes had the potential availability of benefits as they relate to the Slab Repair/Slab Replacement of their basement slab due to expansive soils.  Also, in lieu of the right to receive a payment toward slab repair/replacement, a Liquidated Cash Payment of $2,000.00 was available. 

More detailed and precise terms of the Settlement are available as outlined in the 1995 Civil Action No. 94 CV 232, Division CR2 at the Douglas County District Court.

The Falcon Settlement finalized on November 16, 2005.  No additional claims may be submitted.
