Under the CENTEX CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT owners of homes built by Centex Homes, Centex Real Estate Corporation and Miles Grant were entitled to benefits relating to the Slab Repair/Slab Replacement of their basement slab due to expansive soils.

More detailed and precise terms of the Settlement and entitlement of its Benefits are contained in the 1999 Civil Action No. 97 CV 353, Div. 1 Douglas County District Court, Colorado. The settlement agreement stated that 1537 homes were eligible for benefits under the settlement agreement.

The Centex Class Action Settlement finalized on February 13, 2003. No further claims may be submitted.
